A Guide from Experience
This website reflects my personal and professional growth through two school projects that pushed me out of my comfort zone. I share how I faced my fears, especially the fear of failing at school, and how I gradually developed a strong interest in the marketing world. I’ve always liked the world of cars, so discovering how marketing works in the automotive industry made me curious about this field. It allowed me to connect something personal with something professional.
In Article 1, I reflect on two key aspects of my fear: anxiety and procrastination. I explore how they affected my motivation and emotions throughout the school year.
In Article 2, I present and analyze two inspiring jobs I discovered at the Forum Horizon: marketing and social media manager. I explain how these professions changed my perspective and helped me imagine a possible future career.
In the resources Menu, I share tools that helped me during each project, from meditation and online research, to writing down my emotions and attending the Forum Horizon
In the advices Menu, I give thoughtful tips for future students who may face the same fears. I reflect on what I learned and how things could have been different.
To conclude, these two projects helped me understand much more than I expected not just about jobs, but about myself. I started this journey full of doubts and fears, especially about school and the future. Along the way, I discovered tools, people, and passions that gave me direction and confidence.
If you’re a future student reading this, I hope this site helps you feel less alone and more prepared. Fear is normal. Doubt is human. But both can lead to growth, discovery, and purpose if you take the time to face them.
