What Helped Me Hold On

What Keeps Me Going

For me, what really helped me accept my fear and deal with it was spending time with people I really like, like my friends, and doing lots of activities together. These moments gave me motivation and helped me focus more on the present, instead of being taken over by anxious thoughts. 

For example, this summer, I’m going to a concert of a band I really love Stray Kids with a friend, and that gives me the motivation to keep going. Having a goal like that makes the year more enjoyable and helps me think less about my fears.

Another thing that helped me a lot this year is the Horizon Forum. This event helped me discover many jobs, thanks to conferences given by professionals. It gave me the chance to understand different careers better and find the ones that really interest me. These talks helped me choose more clearly and feel more confident about my future.
