Better understand the origins of fear
At high school, everyone feels something positive, but often negative feelings like stress, anxiety, and fear of the unknown. For me, it’s mostly self-doubt that comes with perfectionism.

Perfectionism is about fear
Fear of making mistake
Fear of disappointing others
Fear of failure

One might think that being a perfectionist is good and is valued in studies because it proves that one studies when they want to and always wants to be the best, but it is the big problem. That’s just that for my part, that we have this behavior, certainly she is good, but too much is very bad, wanting to be the first and irreproachable is good, but you have to sacrifice more things like your hours of sleep, your character because people see a person as studious/serious and this can marry his mental as his physical and pure, in the end never be satisfied even if others say the opposite
Self-esteem is important in life at the high school because it is useful for, for example, take an oral test to just making acquaintances, but the problem is that I have a habit of s sabotaging myself because I feel like I’m not good enough; I consider that it’s never perfect and it’s a vicious cycle. And in situations where one must assert oneself, one may not arrive and it can even have an impact on social life, even in tests, because one can begin to doubt everything, even things that one knew pertinently.

« A mind troubled by doubt cannot focus on the course to victory »
