Ever since I was little, my father has passed on to me his passion for travel, and aviation in particular. Despite this passion, he never went on to work in the aeronautical field, because his studies were too long, but the desire was there. I’ve always been fascinated by planes. Watching a plane take off has always given me a feeling of freedom and power, as if anything were possible above the clouds. I’m simply in awe of the fact that a plane can fly.
My dream job would be to become an airline pilot. For me, flying a plane isn’t just about transporting passengers from point A to point B, it’s about being responsible for a journey, a human adventure. It’s a job that demands rigor, composure and excellent powers of concentration, but also a real sense of responsibility and teamwork.
What motivates me most is the idea of discovering the world, seeing a different landscape every day, and never really doing the same thing. Just seeing a sunrise or sunset from the cockpit would drive me crazy. I’m already amazed enough to see these landscapes as a passenger, but as a pilot it must be just as incredible. I also love the technological aspect of the job: understanding how a plane works, learning how to manage instruments, communications… all that fascinates me.
I know that this profession requires long studies, a lot of discipline and demanding training, but I’m ready to make the necessary efforts. Working in aviation is more than a professional goal: it’s a vocation. And I’m convinced that every little step is in fact a huge step.
