{"id":22,"date":"2025-06-03T08:43:56","date_gmt":"2025-06-03T06:43:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/web.gymnasedebussigny.ch\/mindful-psychologist\/?page_id=22"},"modified":"2025-06-03T08:43:56","modified_gmt":"2025-06-03T06:43:56","slug":"resources","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/web.gymnasedebussigny.ch\/mindful-psychologist\/resources\/","title":{"rendered":"Resources"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On&nbsp;my&nbsp;journey&nbsp;of self-discovery&nbsp;and&nbsp;emotional&nbsp;growth, I&nbsp;found&nbsp;that&nbsp;certain&nbsp;tools&nbsp;helped&nbsp;me&nbsp;feel&nbsp;more&nbsp;balanced,&nbsp;lessanxious, and more&nbsp;connected&nbsp;to&nbsp;myself.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here&nbsp;are&nbsp;two&nbsp;that&nbsp;made a real&nbsp;difference&nbsp;:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Guided\u00a0meditation\u00a0and online\u00a0research\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I&nbsp;started&nbsp;practicing&nbsp;short&nbsp;guided&nbsp;meditations&nbsp;whenever&nbsp;I&nbsp;felt&nbsp;overwhelmed&nbsp;even&nbsp;just&nbsp;five minutes&nbsp;helped&nbsp;me slow down&nbsp;my&nbsp;thoughts.&nbsp;Meditation&nbsp;made me&nbsp;realize&nbsp;how&nbsp;disconnected&nbsp;I&nbsp;sometimes&nbsp;was&nbsp;from&nbsp;the&nbsp;present&nbsp;moment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In&nbsp;parallel, I&nbsp;used&nbsp;trusted&nbsp;online platforms to&nbsp;read&nbsp;about&nbsp;emotions,&nbsp;anxiety,&nbsp;fear&nbsp;of control, and mental&nbsp;health.&nbsp;Understanding&nbsp;the \u201cwhy\u201d&nbsp;behind&nbsp;my&nbsp;reactions&nbsp;helped&nbsp;me&nbsp;feel&nbsp;less&nbsp;alone.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Journaling and conversations\u00a0with\u00a0others\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Writing&nbsp;regularly&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;journal&nbsp;allowed&nbsp;me to express&nbsp;emotions&nbsp;I&nbsp;didn\u2019t&nbsp;always&nbsp;dare&nbsp;to&nbsp;say&nbsp;out&nbsp;loud.
