- If I had eaten healthier meals, I would have had more energy.
- If I had limited my phone use, I would have focused better during study sessions.
- If I had communicated more with my teachers, I would have understood the material better.
- Please do not forget that your mental health is the most important, don’t take too much if your brain can’t.
