Sport and no pressure
To talk about the resources I’ve used to deal with my fear, the first is sport, because being afraid of fear gives you a feeling of anxiety, and sport is something that frees you from all that anxiety and changes your thoughts, which makes you forget that fear.

Secondly, I don’t put pressure on myself because thinking about a fear that’s going to happen is a kind of pressure on the future, so I try to live my life one day at a time and be confident in myself so that I don’t have any pressure on future projects like tests, exams, etc. I try to be confident in myself so that I don’t have any pressure on the future.

Appointments with guidance conseilor
My resource for finding my job was partly the meeting with the guidance counsellor because I’d had some good experience myself and we were able to put our fingers on what I really liked, but it was a lot of work upstream on my part to ask myself the question « what would I like to get up every day? » and with this meeting I was able to draw the conclusion that the aspect of sport in my future job is essential and he was also able to give me the different higher education courses to get there.
