Write emotions and Forum Horizon

Writing down your emotions for example stress, is a great way to better understand how you’re feeling. Start by being honest with yourself—don’t worry about making it perfect or using fancy words. Just write down what’s going on in your mind, even if it’s messy or confusing. You don’t need to write a lot, even a few sentences can help. The key is to be consistent and make it a habit, so you can track your feelings over time. Don’t judge yourself for what you write, and remember, it’s for you, not anyone else.

Forum Horizon is an invaluable resource that I discovered during the various career conferences I attended. This online forum brings together presentations and discussions on a variety of careers, providing a better understanding of the expectations, challenges and opportunities of each field.  I found these exchanges particularly enriching, as they enabled me to ask questions, get practical advice and discover aspects of certain professions I hadn’t thought about.
